The City of Derby Code Enforcement is committed to ensuring a safe living, working, and recreational environment for the residents of Derby by creating partnerships with the public to ensure the enforcement of zoning subdivision, nuisance, and environmental regulations.


Our mission is to promote, enhance, and ensure a safe, sanitary, and healthy environment for every building in which the citizens of Derby live and work, and to promote strong, stable, and healthy neighborhoods throughout the community.
