Looking for a way to simplify paying your bills? The City of Derby offers an Auto-Pay Plan that deducts the amount of your bill from your checking account every month. You will continue to receive a paper copy of your bill that outlines water usage.

Sign up for an Auto Pay Plan or paperless billing for a chance to win a $25 credit towards your account.

Enroll in the Plan

To enroll, sign the Authorization Form and attach a voided check. Mail these items to the address below, drop them off at this same address at the 24-hour drive-up drop box or email to utilitybilling@derbyweb.com.

Once these two items are received, the Auto-Pay Plan will go into effect for the next billing cycle.
