The Operations Department is responsible for the upkeep of computer systems and facilities for all City departments. Richard Montano, Operations Manager, oversees the Network Administrator, Operations Technician and Building Maintenance Technicians.

Information Technology leads strategic planning of information/communications technology by aligning citywide IT planning, policies, procedures, personnel, and budgeting with the leadership of the Operations Manager, Richard Montano.
