Our vibrant neighborhoods are a key reason for Derby’s desirability as a place to call home, and successful HOAs provide multiple benefits to homeowners and to the community as a whole.
Derby’s HOA Liaison serves as the first point of contact between the City and Derby’s 30+ homeowners associations. Duties include responding to questions from residents and city officials about matters of concern to homeowners associations and neighborhoods. They also direct homeowners & HOAs to appropriate city departments for assistance; facilitates communication and the sharing of information between HOAs. In addition they maintain a current list of contacts for each HOA, and use social media and other resources to provide timely and useful information of interest to HOAs.
Judy Morris, a longtime Derby resident, is Derby’s HOA Liaison and is available to attend HOA meetings and coordinate with appropriate city officials to speak at HOA meetings.
As a service to the community, the City of Derby provides a list of Homeowners Associations on the city website that include information provided to us by the HOAs.
