The Neighborhood Maintenance Grant Program is intended to assist lower-income homeowners in maintaining and reinvesting in their properties. The Program awards grants to assist with actual costs incurred by a homeowner for materials, construction and/or architectural services to perform and complete eligible exterior improvements.
FUNDING IS EXHAUSTED FOR THE 2023 PROGRAM YEAR. WE ARE CURRENTLY TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR THE WAITLIST.
