The City of Derby's Facilities Division is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all city facilities and fleet maintenance. 

The mission is to ensure all City buildings are managed with the highest standards and best practices while supporting a safe, effective, and aesthetically pleasing experience for the citizens and employees of the City.
