Madison Avenue Central Park opened in October 2016. The park offers a central meeting place for residents with two event venues, an all-access playground and splash pad, an amphitheater, and half-mile path for hiking and biking.
The park sits on the site of the former St. Mary Church and School. The city purchased this nine-acre property to develop a central park. Learn about the redevelopment of the land and creation of the park in a Project Overview by WDM Architects.
Rental opportunities include two indoor facilities (The Venue and The Pavilion), two open park shelters, fireside patio, amphitheater, all-access playground, splash pad and event lawn.
